Did you know that May is beef month?

Get ready for the beefiest week of the year: 

Northeast Georgia’s Battle of the Burger. From May 1st-10th 2026,

you will be able to enjoy brand-new, one-of-a-kind burgers created exclusively for the competition.

Burger lovers will travel across the region tasting, voting and supporting their favorite local restaurants that have entered the battle as they compete for the title of battle champion! Visit 13 different locations here, in the beautiful Northeast Georgia mountains.

All burgers at participating restaurants are $15 each.

 

Here is the OFFICIAL burger week passport,

this will help guide you through burger week and keep track of where you’ve been and where you need to go! Each restaurant has a stamp, so make sure to have an employee stamp your passport when you purchase a burger. Earn 1 stamp to be entered to win a $25 gift card. Earn 5 or more stamps

to receive a Battle of the Burger t-shirt.

Passports can be submitted for prizes at the local chamber offices in Habersham or Rabun Counties OR at the White County Farm Bureau Office May 1st - 15th.
